Return Policy

Refunds are simple and easy! We will refund the wholesale price you were charged less taxes and fees.

Our Risk Management Team will review your return and either Approve or Deny based on Spoiled Princess.Coms return policy. Upon approval our team will generate and issue you a unique refund code ID to use.  

Note: There is a 10 day grace period for ALL Returns, No exceptions. No returns will be accepted after the grace period, instead store credit will be issued.

We will replace any product that failed to arrive or is damaged in transit (picture evidence will be required) and pends approval from our Risk Management Team.
